Pink Muhly Grass is a beautiful ornamental grass known for its soft pink purple plumes that create a cloud of color across the landscape each fall. Native to the eastern United States, it spends much of the year as a neat mound of deep green foliage before transforming into a light, airy display that moves beautifully in the breeze. This native ornamental grass grows best in full sun and well drained soil and becomes drought tolerant and salt tolerant once established. Pink Muhly Grass is a great choice for garden beds, borders, mass plantings, coastal landscapes, and sunny outdoor spaces where you want color, texture, and movement with very little maintenance.
