plant tips

  • water

Allow the top inch of soil to dry out between waterings. Water thoroughly once a week during spring and summer, less in cooler months. Don't let it sit in standing water.

  • light

Thrives in medium to bright indirect light. More light intensifies the red and pink leaf colors — keep away from direct sun which can scorch the leaves.

care

Aglaonema Siam thrives in warm, humid conditions — keep it away from cold drafts and air conditioning vents. Water when the top inch of soil feels dry and wipe leaves occasionally to keep their vibrant color looking its best. Remove yellowing leaves at the base to encourage healthy new growth. Feed monthly with a balanced liquid fertilizer during spring and summer — skip fertilizing in winter when growth naturally slows.
